Do you like to cook, but wonder if what you are actually making is “good” for you? Join the WVU Cooking Club as they host lecture by the West Virginia University Hospital Dietetic Interns at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, in the Mountainlair’s Shenandoah Room on WVU’s Downtown Campus. The interns, students in the Davis College’s Dietetics program, will be discussing tricks to lighten up your favorite recipes, and tips on how to create healthy meals that look and taste great!
