Horticulture Club selling flowers for Valentine's Day
Shower your sweetheart with flowers on the most romantic day of the year. The WVU Horticulture Club is now accepting pre-orders for its annual Valentine’s Day Sale Friday, Feb. 13.
Roses are available in red, white, pink and lavender and come complete with sleeve, baby’s breath and ribbon. Prices are $35 for one dozen, $20 for a half dozen, and $3.50 for a single. Potted tulips are $7.
Spur of the moment work better for you? Club members will also be selling flowers, while supplies last, from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the following campus locations: Café Evansdale, Evansdale Residential Complex; Bites and Bytes, Engineering Building; Main Lobby, Agricultural Sciences Building; and outside the bookstore in the Health Sciences Center.
If you’re celebrating early, tulips will be on sale from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Feb. 9-12 in the Greenhouse and lobby of the Agricultural Sciences Building.
To place an order visit: http://simpleforms.scripts.wvu.edu/daviscollege/vdaysale/. Orders will be available for pickup from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Feb. 13 at the WVU Greenhouse. For added convenience, orders can be delivered to an office or dorm on campus for an additional $3.
