Is Finals Week taking over your life? Do you have no time to eat, sleep, or even relax?

Join the students in Human Nutrition and Foods 472 (Community Nutrition) for a free, healthy breakfast from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. through Friday, Dec. 12, in the lobby of the Agricultural Sciences Building. The Community Nutrition students know it’s important to eat a healthy breakfast before a test, so they’re helping their fellow students as they complete their own final.

Students will offer nutritional advice to cope with stress during finals week, along with informational brochures on maintaining a healthy mind and body during this infamous week. Prizes and refreshments will be provided.

Community Nutrition is taught be Betty Forbes, lecturer in Human Nutrition and Foods. The course covers beginning planning for community nutrition to individuals and families at various stages of the life cycle, explores the roles of concerned agencies and professional groups, and includes clinical experience in community facilities.
