Writing for The Daily Athenaeum, Paige Lavender profiles Orietta Pelizzari, who recently visited the Division of Design and Merchandising:
“What really attracted me (to the fashion industry) was the connection of new trends and where to find new trends,” she said.
During the lecture, Pelizzari spoke on clothing color palettes through the years as well as what constitutes a quality fabric. She also emphasized how important it is to know how the language of fashion can change through the years.
