Carol Pettito, a visiting lecturer in the Davis College’s Equine Management Program, will present ””The Horse – The Great Equalizer” at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, in the Rhododendron Room of the Mountainlair on WVU’s Downtown Campus. The presentation is part of WVU’s Diversity Week, One WVU, and will feature an appearance by Sunny, the mechanical horse used at the therapeutic riding center On Eagles’ Wings. The session will provide an overview of therapeutic riding and its benefits to people with disabilities.
